Bambi

2011.03.03: 19:00 (GMT+1) Shinimizu (死に水)
One Japanese custom is to give water known as Shinimizu, "death water," to the dying. The practice is not only a means of relieving the parched lips of the dying person: he is always given the water by a close relative or a good friend, and the waters often come from a particular source. This ancient custom may have had its beginnings in the belief that water binds the soul of the dying to the world it is trying to leave.
One month ago Bambi dying. This time she three days ago no drink, and one week ago no eat nothing. Infusions was kept alive. With she's last strenght risen, there flounder to the water pot, but ran out she's power. Could not bend down. I picked up the pot in tears.
I understood later: she wanted she's death water from my hand. She already knew.
Now one month ago my little daughter dead.
