End of the summer... But here one really sweet memories, the loukoumades.

The receipt and How To. This easy and very fine, try it!
Ingredients for 4 persons:
Dough:
1 dl lukewarm milk
water, if necessary
1 package of dry yeast
1 cup (circa 3 dl) of all-purpose flour
1/2 tbsp sugar
1/3 tspn marine salt
1 tbsp olive oil
oil for frying
Topping:
1/2 cup of honey
water
confection sugar
cinnamon
Preparation:
- Dissolve the yeast in milk. Wait 10-20 minutes, the yeast will wake up.
- Combine the yeast and milk mixture with the flour, sugar, salt, and olive oil in a mixing bowl. Add little water, if necessary.
- Mix until batter is smooth.
- Cover bowl with a dish towel and let sit in a warm place for 1 - 1 and 1/2 hours.
- Heat oil for frying.
- Using a table spoon. Place spoon first in the hot oil, then scoop a spoonful of the batter into the oil. Do this each time to prevent the batter from sticking to the spoon. The loukoumades should be oval shaped.
- Add enough of the loukoumades to the fryer to almost cover the surface of the oil.
- Remove when golden brown.
- Let shortly dry on a paper towel then put them on a platter.
It is important, not to long drying! Stay hot the loukoumades!
- Beforehand in a separate pan, add the honey, water, sugar and little cinnamon. Heat pan on medium (circa 70 Celsius) until honey flows freely.
- Drop the loukoumades to the heat honey syrup.
- Wait 5-10 minutes, and remove from the syrup.
- Drizzle honey over loukoumades and then sprinkle with more cinnamon.
Enjoy!

The Only One Political Post
Background:
Slovakia’s parliament rejected the nation’s participation in a loan for Greece, ending the European Union’s unity in handling the sovereign-debt crisis.
“The Slovak share is small, so it shouldn’t have much impact on the big picture,” said Timothy Ash, head of emerging markets research at Royal Bank of Scotland Plc in London. “On the other hand, the rejection is clearly a disappointment for the European Commission as Slovaks are thinking outside the box.”
Olli Rehn, the EU’s economic affairs commissioner, called Slovakia’s decision a “breach of the commitment” the previous government made as part of the so-called eurogroup of countries.
“The eurogroup’s decision was a crucial act at a critical moment to safeguard financial stability of the euro area as a whole, including Slovakia,” Rehn said today in a statement. “I can only regret this breach of solidarity within the euro area, and I expect the Eurogroup and the Ecofin Council to return to the matter in their next meeting.”
